Time and Relative Dimension in Space, or TARDIS. A blue box that can go anywhere, anywhen, and all directions. Freedom personified, and it is personified, because the TARDIS is sentient. She stole her Thief, just as much as he stole her, and they've been inseparable ever since. Here in Nusquamton she can typically be found in the Boarding House's garden. If she isn't there, she's around somewhere--the Doctor hasn't quite worked out how to safely leave this little pocket universe without becoming lost or damaging it.
If you spot the TARDIS and fancy being glared at, go ahead and knock on the door. Who knows, the Doctor may be in.
